Can I Grieve My Evaluation?

No, you cannot grieve your evaluation. But you are allowed write a rebuttal.

If you get an evaluation you are unhappy with, you should attempt to discuss the evaluation with your Director. However, evaluations are NOT grievable. In fact, the Administration could essentially put whatever they want in there.

Should your Director present you with an unfavorable evaluation, you should initial it (this DOES NOT imply that you agree with it). But you should also write your own rebuttal of the negative comments in the evaluation and have it attached.
